TOURNAMENTS
With the start of the league bowling season comes the start of tournament bowling season.
Once again this year the Metro Detroit USBC Association will offer an Adult/Youth Tournament. The event will be a doubles format with the teams competing for scholarship money only.
One adult MDUSBC member and one youth MDUSBC member constitute a team.
The cost to enter is $30 per team. All prizes will be awarded in scholarships for the top finishing teams.

tournament will be held Oct. 5 and Oct. 12 at Parkway Lanes in

MDUSBC Doubles Tournament is scheduled to begin Nov. 1 at Bonanza Lanes in
The tournament features a $1,000 first prize, based on 300 entries. The entry fee is $50 per team and payable at the time of submitting the entry blank. Reservations are now being accepted. Squad times on the above days are 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Handicap is based on 90 percent of the difference between team average and 460.

Saturday, Oct. 25 the MDUSBC Junior Masters will be contested at Mayflower Lanes
in
The event starts at 10 a.m. with a cost of $45 to enter.
